Intern in USA

The United States has the world’s largest economy and opportunities in almost every industry. It is the most technologically powerful economy in the world with firms that are at or near the forefront in technological advances. It has minimum language barriers and access to global supply chains that leads to export for other markets. The US is home to well-know Fortune 500 organizations and is also known as the land of entrepreneurship and opportunities.
Interning in the US will not only provide you with business opportunities and connections, it is also a fantastic place to live. America caters for every personality and interest. It is the perfect internship destination for anyone – whether you are just starting out in your career or wanting to gain experience in a particular field.
We will find your host company in the United States and arrange sponsorship of your J-1 visa through our licensed partners. Programs are open to International Students and Recent Graduates in the Intern and Trainee Categories (See REQUIREMENTS tab for eligibility and which visa you qualify for).
You can select from open positions we have at U.S. Companies (See PLACEMENTS tab) or you can choose between a Custom Internship in New York City or Washington D.C. and we will find a brand new host company specifically for you in either location! Internships are typically unpaid. We handle all visa paperwork and processing and each applicant will receive information on housing and living in the U.S.

Once you apply to the Intern in USA Program, your application will reviewed by a member of the Inspire Learning team. You will then be contacted either via phone, Skype/Facetime or email to learn more about your objectives for the program. After you have been accepted into the program, Inspire Learning will find an internship placement that best fits your professional and academic goals, language skills, and previous relevant experience. Interns must be 18 years of age or older and have completed high school (or equivalent). Inspire Learning’s Intern in USA Program is open to current students, graduates, and professionals. We strongly recommend you obtain relevant experience in your chosen field prior to applying for the program. Your chances of obtaining that perfect placement increase with relevant experience and presentation of your education and experience. Students can earn academic credit for completing their internship placement. We work closely with all host organisations to ensure all necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner to ensure earned academic credit for any interested participant.
